We use SMS to respond to messages you send us and to follow up on requests you've made, things like answering a question, confirming a call, or following up on a project you've asked about. We don't send unsolicited marketing texts, and text messaging is not our primary way of communicating with you. We'll always respond to a message you send, but we may also reach you by phone or email depending on what's most appropriate.
- Consent is always opt-in. Every automated or recurring text message we send is based on your explicit opt-in. Signing up for our newsletter enrolls you in newsletter emails only, it does not sign you up for text messages. Contacting us for a project, a question, or support does not add you to any marketing or mailing list unless you separately choose to join one.
