Form submissions are received and stored by our website tool, Web Mason, which also screens them for spam.

Contacting us through the contact form does not sign you up for the newsletter.

This includes Google, which provides the website analytics described in Section 4, and Postmark, which delivers the emails we send, such as the newsletter. Postmark receives your email address and the content of those emails only so it can deliver them.
  • Law Enforcement: When required by applicable law or in response to legal requests.

This does not include selling or sharing your phone number or SMS opt-in information for marketing purposes. See Section 9 for how we handle text messaging specifically.

4. Website Analytics and Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used as a whole: which pages people visit, how they found the site, and general information such as device type, browser, and approximate location. We use these reports to improve the website. We don't use them to identify individual visitors.

Software KC does not use SMS messaging for unsolicited marketing and does not share or sell mobile phone numbers collected through SMS for marketing purposes.
